LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

We, ninth grade students, of Snowden Junior High,

Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, being of sound

mind and memory, do therefore make, ordain, publish

and declare this to be our last will and testament.

ARTICLE

We appoint Mr. W. E. Miller, principal, as executor

of this will, and nominate the Snowden Faculty Trust

Company as trustee.

ARTICLE I1

We direct that the good points of our Student Gov-

ernment be bestowed upon the incoming Student Gov-

ernment, and also wish whoever has charge of the body

loads of luck.

ARTICLE I11

We hereby direct the following characteristics left

by members of the senior class be bestowed upon the

lucky and unlucky members of next year's ninth grade:

In due consideration of the incoming pupils, we wish.
