THE
GRADUATING CLASS
JUDSON WILLIFORD was the star basketball player
of Snowden and was elected captain of "All Memphis."
He was also the captain of his home room baseball team.
Everyone will miss him when he goes to Central.
JANICE DINKINS was voted the prettiest and most
popular at Snowden. She has always been a good stu-
dent and plans to go to Central. She was third commis-
sioner on the Student Government and a member of the
Girls' Glee Club.
BILL FAIRWEATHER will be a welcome addition to
Central's Kindergarten. Bill, voted the laziest, fully lives
up to his reputation.
JANE BRATTON has always been a wonderful stu-
(dent and very friendly to everyone. Jane was a monitor
on the Student Government, a member of the 9th grade

ALICE JANE DEAL has been showing her talent in
the artistic field. She takes art lessons and is doing fine
work. She will attend Central.

to be working hard beating the skins. He will attend

ANDREW SLAZACK played a large part in the bank-
ing of the 9-6. He played basketball on the home room
team. His brother and he make a musical team, each
playing a guitar. He will attend Tech.
JANE McCLARAN is a girl that's going places. She
was on the Student Government and lent a helping hand
in basketball.
BETTY CREAMER was "The Song Bird of Snowden,"
and sang on the talent foundation. She will attend Cen-

her hobby were written up in the "New Yorker."
BETSY SELIGSTEIN was on the Student Government
and a member of the Girls' Glee Club. Her essay on,
"What Americanism Means to Me," won third place in
:the city contest.
JACK CALLICOTT was mayor of the school, and cap-
tain of the football team. He made the "All Memphis."

ROBERT THORNTON was a member of the football
team. He was also elected the best dancer and the big-
gest flirt in his home room.
LOUIE HANSBERGER got honorable mention on the
"All Memphis" football and basketball teams.
