Greek Influence

The architects of the 1929 National Bank of Commerce wanted to convey the strength of the bank by basing their design on ancient Greek temples. It's built according to the �Golden Section� rule, meaning that its width to length ratio is almost exactly 1 to 1.618, the same as a Greek temple.
