You may file in person at any one of our three locations: Register of Deeds Offices at 1075 Mullins Station Road, 157 Poplar Room 124, and 1254 East Shelby Dr., suite 1267 are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. In the event of inclement weather, the Register of Deeds Office will continue to process documents. A Drop Box will be accessible thru the mail slot at the 1075 Mullins Station Road location.

In August 2018, Ms. Shelandra Ford made history as she was elected as the first African-American Female Register of Deeds for Shelby County.
